I’m intensely working on my new animation short The Burning Haus, which is an adaption of a short comic book I created one and a half years ago (published by rotopolpress).
The animation process is running. Here are some of the first design impressions. From now on I will report on The Burning Haus production progress at regular intervals. So cleave to my blog and feel free to comment.
Here’s a turnaround of The Hero I did as a first animation test some time ago using TOON BOOM Animate.

I did two double page illustrations for the new publication of my photographer friend and hometown buddy Gerrit Starczewski.
The nifty art book contains douzens of amazing pictures of the feet - or better shoes of pop musicians you definitely (should) know: Soulwax, The Hives, Erlend Øye, Feist, Steve Aoki to name some of my favourites. Shot by Gerrit from the concerts’ first row - a rare view. Great shots and great book artwork (I love the paper and the cardboard cover)!
